1989年以来，伴随着经济社会的全面转型，中东欧国家的养老保险制度也经历了多次重大改革。总体看，中东欧国家养老保险制度改革既存在明显的差异性，又具有较强的共性。在20多年的改革历程中，中东欧国家养老保险制度先后经历了三次改革，即1990年到本世纪初的参数性改革、本世纪初到2008年以前的结构性改革和2008年以后的多元化改革。在深入分析各国的改革措施及其得失的基础上，本文还简要介绍了中东欧国家养老保险制度面临的挑战以及各国下一步改革的趋势。

Since 1989, with the overall transition both in economy and society, the pension insurance system of Central and Eastern European countries has undergone several major reforms. On general, there exist both obvious differences and many similarities as to the reform of the pension insurance system in Central and Eastern European countries. In the 20-odd years of reform, the CEE countries pension insurance system has experienced three reforms, namely, the parametric reform from 1990 till the beginning of this century, the structural reform from the beginning of this century till 2008 and the reform of diversification after 2008. Based on in-depth analysis of measures, gains and losses of each country’s reforms, this paper also briefly introduces the challenges facing the pension insurance system in Central and Eastern European countries as well as the prospects of the reform.【Аннотация】Начиная с 1989 г., вслед за социально-экономическими преобразованиями системы пенсионного страхования в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы также претерпели ряд крупных реформ. В целом, в реформах государственных пенсионных систем в Центральной и Восточной Европе существуют не только очевидные различия, но также и имеется и много общего. За более чем 20 лет реформ пенсионные системы в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы пережили три этапа реформ, а именно с 1990 г. до начала этого века была параметрическая реформа, до 2008 г. — структурная реформа, и реформа диверсификации после 2008 г. На основе углублённого анализа мер, достижений и промахов реформ в каждой из стран, в данной статье также кратко описаны проблемы и тенденции дальнейшего развития реформ национальных систем пенсионного страхования в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы.
