In March 28, 2015, China officially released the “Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”, and clarified that the Xinjiang region is going to become a core area of the Silk Road economic zone. Therefore, in order to encourage more Chinese enterprises to "go global" in Central Asian countries, there is a strong need to improve the understanding of investment environment in Kazakhstan, so that Chinese enterprises may choose investment fields more accurately, make more rational evasion of internal and external risks, also make objective and rational investment decisions. At present, most of the research on the operation and investment of Chinese enterprises in Kazakhstan have a lot of shortcomings, such as small number of samples, low data quality, macroscopic and so on. Therefore, by using a field research and questionnaire survey methods, this paper produced an interview and analytic research on the 69 Chinese enterprises which already have or planning to make investments in Kazakhstan. And according to the research results this paper has summarized main internal and external risk factors, which Chinese enterprises are facing in Kazakhstan. The external risks include political risks, law and policy risks, financial risks, industry and technology risks and market risks; the internal risks include company registration risks, corporate account risks, taxation system and taxation accounting risks, employment of foreign and high technical skills labor risks, and also the risk of the complicated language environment.【Аннотация】28 марта 2015 г. китайское правительство издало «Концепцию и план действий по содействию совместному строительству Экономического пояса Шёлкового пути и Морского Шёлкового пути 21-го века», а также чётко обозначило Синьцзян в качестве ядра экономического пояса Шёлкового пути. С целью побуждения большего количества китайских предприятий к «выходу» в страны Центральной Азии, необходимо улучшить понимание инвестиционного климата в Казахстане. В данной статье, используя метод полевых научных исследований и опросников, представлены результаты интервью 69 китайских компаний, занимающихся инвестиционной деятельностью в Казахстане,  проведён анализ оценки мягкой и твёрдой инвестиционной среды в Казахстане, а также подытожены серьёзные внутренние и внешние риски, с которыми сталкиваются китайские предприятия в Казахстане.
