Internal and external relations of the BRICS can be divided into three types: internal relationship among the BRICS, the BRICS relations with other developing countries (South-South relations) and the BRICS relations with developed countries (North-South relations). The content and characteristics of the BRICS represent novel features and international status of this new organization of emerging economies. Within the three dimensional relationships of the BRICS, internal relationship is the organization base and core of cohesion, while relations with other developing countries are the source for their own development and those with developed countries provide a win-win cooperation environment. Through innovation, the BRICS will be able to discover and create a more equitable, reasonable and effective new global governance system.【Аннотация】Внутренние и внешние отношения стран БРИКС делятся на три измерения: отношения между самими странами БРИКС, отношения между странами БРИКС и другими развивающимися странами (отношения Юг-Юг), а также отношения между странами БРИКС и развитыми странами (отношения Север-Юг). Содержание и особенности трёхмерных отношений стран БРИКС отражают новые возможности и международное положение данной организации стран с развивающейся экономикой. В трёхмерных отношениях стран БРИКС внутренние отношения являются ядром и основой организации, отношения с другими развивающимися странами — источником собственного развития, отношения же с развитыми странами являются потребностями среды беспроигрышного сотрудничества. Страны БРИКС путём инноваций смогут найти и создать более справедливую, разумную и эффективную новую систему глобального управления.
