【Abstract】This paper first analyzes the influences of Russia’s accession to the WTO on its imports and exports, its industrial development and future economic growth. Secondly, this article explores cooperative relationships in fields such as trade and energy between Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), in addition to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) members especially China. In conclusion, characteristics of economic and trade relations between Russia and the CIS and the SCO members are discussed. In particular, influences of the Ukraine crisis on regional economic relations among the former Soviet countries and that between China and Russia are investigated as well. It is pointed out that China’s “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the Eurasian Union are not either-or choices since there exist close economic ties between China, Russia and Central Asia. The co-development of China and Russia and the regional economic cooperation in Central Asia are in the interest of both countries. 【Аннотация】В данной статье анализируется возможное влияние вхождения России в ВТО на объёмы российского импорта и экспорта, промышленное развитие и будущие экономические тенденции,  отношения России со странами СНГ, государствами-членами ШОС, и в особенности партнёрские взаимоотношения с Китаем в области экономики, торговли и энергетики, в статье также приведены характеристики развития торгово-экономических отношений России со странами СНГ и государствами-членами ШОС. Автор проанализировал влияние кризиса в Украине на страны бывшего Советского Союза, а также региональное экономическое сотрудничество между Китаем и Россией, чётко указал, что китайский «экономический пояс Шёлкового пути» и Евразийский союз не «или-или» выбор, т.к. и Китай, и Россия имеют тесные экономические связи с Центральной Азией, совместное развитие регионального экономического сотрудничества в Центральной Азии соответствует общим интересам двух стран.
