There are always new problems and difficulties in the Sino-Russian trade and economic relations. The core issue is the contradictions of economic interests between two countries. The perspective of this article is the economic interests under the conditions of market economy. Why exist problems and contradictions in Sino-Russian trade and economic cooperation? To answer this question, we could explore following aspects: the limitations of Sino-Russian “economic complementarities”, the plight of “Proportional to the development”, “Economic interest theory” Choice. Finally, we make the following recommendations: To truly consolidate the Sino-Russian political economic mutual trust; to find the fit point of the core interests of both China and Russia; we should have the strategic understanding of Russia's prospects for the future. 【Аннотация】в китайско-русский торгово-экономических отношений всегда есть новые проблемы и трудности. Основной проблемой является противоречие между экономическими интересами двух стран. Точки зрения этой статьи является экономические интересы в условиях рыночной экономики. Почему существуют проблемы и противоречия в китайско-русский торгово-экономического сотрудничества? Чтобы ответить на этот вопрос, мы могли бы рассмотреть следующие аспекты: ограничения китайско-русской “экономической взаимодополняемости”, бедственное положение “пропорционального развития”, выбор “теории экономических интересов”. И наконец, мы предлагаем следующие рекомендации: действительно укреплеть Китайско-русское политическоеи экономическое взаимное доверие, найти общие основные интересы Китая и России;должны иметь стратегическое понимание о перспективах России на будущее.
