The advantages of innovation companies in high technologies in the 21 century is the major way for their successful developments in almost all spheres of global economy. In this field, the mutual complementarity is obvious between Russia’s technology innovation and China’s economic development environment . The Shanghai Cooperation Organization provides a wider platform for this cooperation. At present, through the case study of "Chief Group", we can develop a broader space for the Russian-Chinese cooperation in innovation.
