The essence of Russia’s development strategy to 2020 is to completely adjust the economic structure, shift to innovation development model. In this paper, the author analyzes both the negative and positive trends of current economy structural changes in Russia, and comments objectively on the goal, means and measures of Russia’s development strategy for 2020.
