本文介绍了中俄之间的军事技术合作的进程、内容和发展动力等问题，重点分析了中美俄三方对中俄军事技术合作的态度，特别是美方和俄方的官方与学界的不同观点。作者在此基础上，阐述了中俄军事技术合作中的问题及原因：交易量下降，围绕价格、技术转让、知识产权的分歧等，但认为中俄军事技术合作的潜力和前景依然看好，同时对中国国家利益关系重大，作者为此提出了深化中俄军事技术合作的可能对策。

This article first introduces the process, content and development dynamics of Chinese-Russian military technical cooperation. Then, it focuses on analyzing the attitudes of the U.S.A., China and Russia towards Chinese-Russian military technical cooperation, especially different viewpoints within the official and academic circles both in the U.S.A. and Russia. Based on this, the author describes the problems and reasons regarding Sino-Russian military-technical cooperation, which include declining trading volume, differences in prices, technology transfer, intellectual property rights and etc. However, according to the author, the potential and prospects of Sino-Russian military technical cooperation remain favorable, and is of great significance for China’s national interests. Finally, the author puts forward possible countermeasures for deepening Sino-Russian military technical cooperation.
